"I am age 59 and have never filed either a home or auto insurance claim. After experiencing a minor fender-bender, I decided to file a claim, mostly because the person who hit me made it very clear that they were going to and I was concerned that a failure to file a claim would be seen as a tacit admission of guilt. I knew nothing about the process, but, frankly, was concerned about how difficult this would be. Well, I did not need to be concerned at all! Robert Ragasa called me often and, basically, everything was handled for me. It was completely stress-free. Even the rental car was booked, and the repair shop (who I was also quite impressed with) was recommended for me, and the appointments arranged. I was, and remain, stunned about how easy and fast this was, and the personal service provided by Robert and the rest of the Ms. Kim’s team was outstanding. Thanks to all of them!"

"Let me start by saying I move to waikoloa village in June 2016. I call Cheryl Kim State Farm insurance agency. All of my questions & concerns were answered with no rush to hurry and complete the call. The agent that I spoke with was Kiley, she’s very personable and friendly. I’m a retired Fire Captain from California & I ask like most firemen a lot of questions. Have no doubt that every time you call with any concerns the office staff takes their time to answer any and all questions. Lastly I called for my yearly check on my homeowners policy. I spoke Cheryl Kim answered my questions & I ask also for recommendations for a Family Will. Cheryl recommended Hawaii Trust & Estate Counsel. They were excellent & took care of my needs."
